Oneida Innovations Group has been entrusted with government institutional and commercial contracts involving a wide range of cyber capabilities and programs. From Risk Management Framework (RMF) and network security for the US Department of Defense to cybersecurity for hospitality and gaming, protecting the personal data of 4.5 million visitors a year to New York’s Turning Stone Resort Casino, we are fully committed to providing our clients with a full range of advanced cyber capabilities and programs.

Representative Projects

Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support
United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, West Point, NY.
Supported by: OTS (prime)
Scope: OTS provided development and sustainment support to USMA to evolve its network infrastructure and West Point Research and Education Network (WREN). OTS was responsible for conceptualizing, planning, researching, developing, implementing, and maintaining cost-effective, state-of-the-art risk management controls, processes, reports, and workflows. OTS provided support for USMA in segregating the WREN and led the RMF process from IATT through ATO, which was successfully achieved in September 2020.
 
Cyber Operations as a Service
United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, West Point, NY.
Supported by: OTS (prime)
Scope: OTS provides support for the development, implementation, and continuous assessment of USMA’s realization of RMF. We provide cybersecurity A&A support for ATO renewal, including the development and maintenance of authorization packages, assessment packages, and other controlling documents. OTS is also responsible for continuous assessment and monitoring and remediation and mitigation of findings.
 
RMF Program Support
United States Army War College (USAWC) Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL), Carlisle, PA.
Supported by: OTS (prime)
Scope: OTS provides RMF support for the CSL’s efforts to maintain ATO for multiple networks, in accordance with the DoD RMF C&A process. OTS reviews and assesses controls, enters assessments into eMASS, reports on RMF controls, and participates in eMASS package reviews. We also provide policy and procedure documentation support for plans, programs, policies, strategies, and other documentation and artifacts.
 
Information Technology (IT) Services
Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rome Research Site (RRS), Rome, NY.
Supported by: American Systems (prime) and OTS (subcontractor)
Scope: OTS provides RMF and IA support for approximately 350 major system packages across Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNet). We provide assistance, guidance, and prepare 100 cybersecurity C&A packages each year. OTS also performs vulnerability assessments and remediation and provides incident response support and security posture recommendations.
