- Telephony and Call Manager solutions for the hospitality operation’s Accommodations Center, which operates 24/7/365 and receives approximately 750,000 calls each year
- Connectivity and support for approximately 2,000 surveillance cameras, a combination of Fixed and PTZ solutions to provide visual coverage throughout the resort
- Enterprise-level applications management for more than 150 applications, including support for migrating legacy applications to the cloud.
- Systems integration for “TS Rewards” enterprise-level customer loyalty program, and the corresponding data warehouse architecture, operation and maintenance
- Architecture and operation of four Tier 3 data centers
- End user support and IT Service Desk
This includes New York’s most highly awarded resort, Turning Stone Resort Casino. As one of the largest attractions in New York State, Turning Stone not only draws more than 4.5 million visitors each year, it also serves as Central New York’s largest employer, making the demand for technology that provides state-of-the-art connection and protection even more critical.
